Now I know this is all beta and officially unsupported. I can clear the WHS alerts but they only pop up again when the system is booted or shut down. This is irratating because it's not true: Kaspersky supports Win7, runs perfectly, catches viri and spyware like it should, shows up in the Win7 Security Action Center as it should, etc. Then the WHS icon reports that the "network health is critical". Right from the start, Windows 7 worked correctly (and is backing up each system) with WHS with one exception: WHS tells me that the Windows 7 systems have "no spyware protection" and "antivirus software is either not installed or out of date". Win7 was clean enough right from the start. I've participated in every MS beta since Win95 and routinely move machines from "production" o/s to beta level once the beta code is clean enough. Windows 7 is *great* and everything in my house is running it, except obviously my WHS machine.
